JoTuc Construction was founded by Mark Holmes in Winchester. Mark is a City and Guilds certified brickwork construction expert with over 30 years building and constuction experience, including 13 years as a construction and building consultant for Hampshire County Council. 

Jotuc Contruction has been providing quality services to our customers for years. We offer a wide range of building and renovation projects, all with excellent customer feedback!
